Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Payment options:

  • Cash Discount: 5% discount for all payments received in full by cash
  • Check or Credit Card: Always accepted.
  • CareCredit: This is an outside billing source that offers free financing for six months with no interest and no money down for qualified patients. Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.

Insurance

We are also happy to accept insurance and will bill your insurance company and track claims. The co-payment (which is normally 50% of the fee) is expected on the day of service and may be paid by cash, check or credit card.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
